Abstract:

Analyzed data on seasonal snow cover for 2000–2015. based on satellite imagery MODIS and ground observations at six meteorological stations: Tien Shan, Naryn, It-Agar, Chaek, Tyu-Ashu and Suusamyr. MODIS data are used to determine the area share in the Naryn tributaries basins. The calculation of the river water content during the flood period is based on the analysis of snow cover using ground and satellite data.
